12 Points are honoured to be receiving the EFFE Label for the 2017-2018 period . The EFFE (Europe for Festivals Festivals for Europe) is facilitated by the European Festivals Association and is an ever-expanding umbrella group for creative and diverse festivals throughout Europe.
